ENTERPRISELIVATEBUSINESS GROWTH OPERATING SYSTEM

TERMS / ENTERPRISELIVATE

Capacity without product cages.

These terms describe the account and credit model shown during signup. Paid plans and top-ups are offered only where a checkout is visibly enabled and confirms the price before purchase.

Effective August 31, 2026

Account and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and have authority to act for the named business. One business account must not be used to impersonate another seller, customer or legal entity.

Plans and live products

Free, Spark, Boast and Blaze set credit capacity, not exclusive product access. Every account may see and use every product marked Live, subject to its disclosed credit cost, technical limits and applicable approval controls. Beta and In development labels do not promise current availability and cannot consume credits unless a usable result is delivered.

Credit rules

Credits are platform usage units, have no cash value and are not transferable between sellers. Free refreshes its recurring balance up to 100 credits each month and that recurring allowance does not accumulate beyond 100; a separately disclosed welcome grant is one-time. Paid monthly credits roll over while the subscription remains active up to three times the monthly grant, and new paid grants stop when the subscription ends.

Flex and other top-ups are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Purchased top-up credits do not expire, are excluded from the monthly rollover cap and remain on the account after plan cancellation. The engine spends monthly and promotional credits before purchased top-ups. External media, postage, advertising, provider or pass-through spend is separate and must be shown before approval.

Every Live product discloses its exact credit cost before execution. A task requires a sufficient balance; if the balance is short, Enterpriselivate shows the task cost, current balance and shortfall without silently reducing output quality or purchasing credits.

Reservation and result integrity

A product reserves the disclosed credits when execution starts. Credits are captured only when the product returns the contracted usable result. A failed or cancelled execution releases the reservation; a qualifying post-capture failure is handled through an auditable refund entry rather than silently editing history.

Human command and acceptable use

Enterpriselivate provides business-growth software and generated decision support, not emergency, legal, medical or financial professional services. You remain responsible for source rights, recipient permissions, factual review and the decisions you approve. You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, deception, abuse, unauthorized access or rights infringement.

Availability and contact

Products may evolve as the Engine expands. Material pricing or credit-rule changes will be disclosed before they apply to a new purchase or renewal. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@enterpriselivate.com.
